HighTec Shuttle type VRK-N1 on the highest precision level, with polished sliding skids. The complete equipment contains: 2 Ceramic eyelets, 1 Shuttle nose type VRL, 1 Shuttle nose type VRR, 2 Sensor plates type V, 1 Yarn cutter type A, 1 Filling brake type BR and 1 special brush strip (Length: 325 mm). Application: Felt weaving looms with hydraulic picking units and automatic pirn changer robots. Designed for pirns with a cylindrical pirn end L=23 x D=30 mm without steel rings. Manual pirn changing possible. Shuttle dimensions: 760/700x80x67/50 mm.

In kompletter Ausstattung bestückt mit: 2 Keramik-Ösen, 1 Fadenteiler Typ VRL, 1 Fadenteiler Typ VRR, 2 Sensorplatten Typ V, 1 Fadenschneider Typ A, 1 Fadenbremse Typ BR und 1 Bürstenleiste (325 mm). Einsatzgebiet: Webmaschinen mit hydraulischen Schlageinheiten und Schussspulen-Wechslern. Ausgelegt für Schussspulen mit einem zylindrischen Spulenende L=23 x D=30 mm ohne Stahlringe. Manueller Schußspulenwechsel möglich. Schützen-Abmessungen:760/700x80x67/50 mm.
